Our Concrete & Masonry Sealer can be applied to all kinds of concrete, brick, block, stone, tile, stucco, adobe, pre-cast and natural stone countertop surfaces. It’s easy one-step application and unique technology will shield driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, patios and walls from water penetration and subsequent damage like spalling, efflorescence, mildew, freeze/thaw, loss of insulation value and other related deterioration.

What is the Concrete & Masonry Sealer?

The product’s proprietary blend of ingredients will not only deeply penetrate and bond to the substrate, which blocks out water penetration, but it also allows the substrate to breath and water vapor to escape. This water-based product is VOC compliant and easily cleans up with water.

The Concrete & Masonry Sealer is available in 5 and 55 gallon containers. Treated surfaces become water repellent after 4-6 hours of exposure to direct or indirect  sunlight and increases in strength several weeks after treatment. Coverage rate per gallon is approximately 100 SF depending on the surface treated. Thoroughly clean surfaces to be treated. Remove oils, dirt, other residues and coatings. The product will perform best when applied to surfaces with open pores that allow maximum penetration.

Application Instructions:

Apply only to dry surfaces. Do not apply at temperatures below 40°F. Not to be applied for underground or below grade surfaces, it does not stop water in leaky basement walls. Always test small area to assure desirable results. Mix thoroughly before and during use. Product may be brushed, rolled or sprayed on the surface.

Apply one coat to the surface and do not allow the product to puddle. Vertical surfaces: 6-8” rundown working from bottom up. Horizontal surfaces: Spread evenly, all material should be absorbed in 1-2 minutes, again do not allow the product to puddle, so wipe up access product. The absorption rate may be slower when applied to dense surfaces/substrates, also polished surfaces like natural stone (i.e. granite, etc.).

NOTE: It is recommended that you wear protective attire (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) when applying the product(s).
